醃子薑
材料:子薑三斤、白米醋兩大瓶、冰糖三包、鹽少許
做法
1. 子薑薄切後撒鹽,醃一會
2. 白米醋煮開後加入冰糖碎,用大火煮溶,拌勻後稍為待涼
3. 將子薑放進瓶子裡,用筷子拌鬆一點
4. 加進糖醋,冷藏一晚後即可食用
